Thermos and mk3 only.
He was being a complete dick.
I asked whether it was ok for us and players to bring TLSFX thermobarics and he said "Yes, as long as you provide in writing that you will be responsible for ear damage and injury from falling rubble".
I've told him that we'll only be using pyro that is already approved by him and he's now fine with it. He'll bring a load of Thermos and Mk3.
What did we agree for generator fuel cost-wise?
No amount agreed for Saturday generator use IIRC.
No worries, just wanted to put a line in the budget. It's not like we're short of cash though.
Just spoken to TLSFX about ball grenades (re Steiner's question) and they've confirmed that they're Mk3s.
Is there another reason why Jamie doesn't allow them? The pea growth problem? I would ask him directly but will only get a half-literate response.....
No idea I'm afraid!
No worries. Have texted him.
Just done the 6ft x 8ft map for the map room - huge!
Any idea how to fix it to the boards? Maybe wallpaper paste? Probably will remain wet enough to pull the thing off afterwards unless Jamie wants to keep it there.
Sellotape would work. I'm sure that Jamie would apprecaite any free maps we gave him.
When I want your opinion - I'll tell you what it is!
I'm sure it is so damp down there anything self-adhesive won't work - it didn't at UCAP!
I bet duct tape would hold, at least for a day. Much more practical than using wallpaper paste.
When I want your opinion - I'll tell you what it is!
I'll bring the staple gun as well - although substrates disintegrated at UCAP when I was putting posters up!
I spotted a sack trolley/four wheel cart for £30 in B&Q today and it strcuk me it will make life much easier moving shit around the tunnels (rather than carrying it for miles).
Does anyone have one they could bring, if not is it a worthwhile purchase? If you say no then don't complain about carrying stuff (and don't leave me to do it all either !
Jay brought one to Wotan.
That's a good idea. I threw a perfectly good wheelbarrow away recently which would have done the job.
When I want your opinion - I'll tell you what it is!
I have a wheelbarrow but I doubt I'd fit it in my car.
ditto - but I will probably have space for a flat trolley...
I've already got the sacktruck on the kit list. However, another one would be a good idea.
When we were a Kingdom it was run by a King
When we were an Empire it was run by an Empress
Now we're a country we're run by a..........
Thinking about it, I'll be going home on the evening and coming back in the morning. I can bring the wheelbarrow along, then bring my kit the next day.
I tested the stereos this morning and two are knackered.....one is one of the really old ones.
Will buy a couple more.

Should we take advantage of this offer?
Any one need any bits of German kit? Set dressing? Coming in a van now so I have some space.
